SECURITY OFFICER CLASS D LICENSE TRAINING
If you are seeking employment with any Licensed Security Agency as an unarmed security officer in the state of Florida, you need a Class D License as required by Chapter 493 of the Florida Statutes. We offer the 24 hour course required for the Class D License as well as the 16 hour course to complete the 40 hour requirement. Recently the state of Florida has amended the statutory requirements, and beginning in January 2012, will not accept a D license application until all 40 hours have been completed. We also offer the 28 hour course that is required to obtain your state -wide Class G Armed Security Officer license, as well as the 4 hour annual recertification training for Class G renewal and special weapon waiver classes.
Students will be provided with the most up to date training materials available in the Security Industry.
Costs
• 24 HR SECURITY TRAINING CLASS - $120.00
• 16 HR SECURITY TRAINING CLASS - $100.00
• 28 HR CLASS G SECURITY TRAINING CLASS - $150.00
• 4 HR CLASS G ANNUAL RECERTIFICATION - $75.00
• 4 HR CONCEALED FIREARM PERMIT CLASS - $70.00
• CPR, FIRST AID and AED certification 6 hours - $75.00
• CPR, FIRST AID and AED renewal 3 hours - $50.00
• 24HR AND 16HR TRAINING SESSIONS ARE OFFERED MONTHLY
• ALL 24HR AND 16HR TRAINING SESSIONS BEGIN AT 0730 AND END AT 1530 HRS
• THE 28 HR CLASS IS OFFERED BI-MONTHLY. HOURS ARE 0730 TO 1730 MON AND TUE; 0800 TO 1600 WED
• THE CCW CLASS AND RANGE RECERTIFICATION WILL BE SCHEDULED BY REQUEST
